The flawless and professional service from this individual enabled a rather disappointing night (due to some extenuating circumstances unrelated to City Stars Limousine and Tarek himself) turned into a most pleasant and relaxing experience. CityStars Limo is simply the best! From booking to drop-off, everything was seamless. Our driver was attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. The limo was spotless and elegant. A perfect choice for a memorable experience!

The actual limo was nice, standard. Driver was not good, he didn't get out, didn't greet anyone, didn't open doors or help people inside. He just sat in his seat and he lacked a personality. He wanted cash upfront and the email we got for the remaining balance did not show we had already paid a deposit so it seemed like they hoped we forgot so they could overcharge us. Felt tacky to give a gratuity before a service had even been performed. When we got to the wedding we asked if we could leave some of our belongings inside the limo and he said no, he had another pickup. This is middle of the day so it seemed weird he would have another pickup in between the hour or so we would be inside. So we took everything inside the venue with us. I was the last out and he says "actually you can leave things inside." ??? He started texting me while we were still inside the wedding saying he had another pickup so we needed to hurry. Driver stressed me out and the special experience of getting a limo was severely lacking. Save your money and get a few Uber XLs
