With 2 requests and 5 days past I still have not received an invoice indicating service has been paid in full. I was also asked if I was going to pay in cash and to pay in full before return pick up was provided. At payment an invoice was not provided and that was a concern as well. Missing a human connection and standardized business provision; receipt of payment. Ps. Vehicles appear cleaner and prettier in pictures.

September 16, 2024After numerous calls and email confirmations, deposits paid, and text messages…on the day of my wedding, I was left completely stranded with no updates provided by Maria or Mike. Scheduled pick up time (which was confirmed many times) was 1:30pm. At 1:30pm, there was no bus…nor was there a call to inform me no one would show up. After contacting and dealing with Maria for 30 mins, I was told the bus would be at the pick up location for 3:00pm…which would’ve made me more than an hour late to my own wedding. Have yet to receive a single apology or reason for not showing up. We also had a second bus schedule to another house which was scheduled for 2:30pm. At 2:30, there was no bus. Thankfully the bus showed up…10 minutes late but still no phone call to let anyone know about the tardiness.
